Handling Greek texts electronically presents particular technical problems. Unfortunately there is no single standard for encoding the characters and accents.

We can accept text electronically in any of the following formats:

• in Word .doc format
• as HTML
• as plain text according to ISO 8859-7 (ELOT 928)
• as plain text in ‘code page 1253’ format
• in Unicode with any standard encoding

Of course, we are also happy to work with a clear printed copy, either faxed or sent through the post.

If your text is not in any of the above formats, don’t panic; most other formats can be processed, but we recommend that you send us a sample file to check. If you aren’t sure what format your text is in, contact us and we will try to help. We can also help you convert your documents from one format to another.
